Steps to be followed for Proxy trick for MOBILE Users.

Go to connection setting of your phone use
apn:portalnmms 
and in proxy settings put this proxy 
Proxy-10.10.1.100
and port 
port-9401
 
This uses apn for mms of vodafone, thedefault mms settings can be used but the tricks lies on the home pages ,that are given below

Now just open any of these homepages:
10.11.233.29.php.kproxy
10.11.233.29.php.t9space.com
10.11.233.29.wap9.info
